So these have pretty much become my signature cup cake. They are so easy to make and most people seem to enjoy them.
I bought some gingham cupcakes papers when we were in Mansfield for the opening of Cinnamon Stix a few weekends ago so I thought I would give them ago with my Lemon Sour Cream Cupcake.
I topped them with Yellow non-perials and little Jelly Lemon Slices.
