(More!) Lemon Sour Cream Cupcakes!
So these have pretty much become my signature cup cake. They are so easy to make and most people seem to enjoy them. I bought some gingham cupcakes papers when we were in Mansfield for the opening of Cinnamon Stix a few weekends ago so I thought I would give them ago with my Lemon Sour Cream Cupcake.
I topped them with Yellow non-perials and little Jelly Lemon Slices.

Lemon Sour Cream Cup Cakes
Hadn't made cupcakes for a few weekends so this weekend I made Lemon Sour Cream Cup Cakes. The cakes turned out so yummy with a beautiful Lemon Butter Cream Frosting on top. This was my first go at piping big swirls and I think they came out ok! I think I am going to bake another batch of these on the weekend.

Birthday Cupcakes
This weekend I had to make cupakes for a 12th Birthday and an 82nd Birthday.
12th Birthday cupcakes were white chocolate mudcake and chocolate mudcake with pink and blue butter cream and decorated with pink and blue shimmer stars. The Birthday girls was impressed.
These were displayed on my little stand that holds 13 cupcakes.
Then I made a mix of White chocolate Mud cakes, White chocolate and raspberry mud cakes, chocolate mud cakes and chocolate and raspberry mudcakes iced with white chocolate and chocolate ganache and toped with blue and yellow shimmer stars.
My stand is a little wonky at the top :(
These cupcakes are displayed on my stand that holds 38 cupcakes.
These were fun to make and sooo yum! Mum took some of the leftovers into work and it got me an order for the opening of a health retreat that one of the girls at her work is opening. Very excited tohave an excuse to make more cupcakes!
Stars
Last weekend I played with a star cutter and made a whole heap of stars as practise for My great uncles 82nd Birthday. I played with different colours and white shimmer dust.
The Yellow have edible glitter on them.
And then I needed to try them out on cupcakes, mini white choc mud cakes with white choc ganache. Excuse the very bad piping! Done in a hurry!!!
